What we help with

Questions about a piece. On condition, material, stones or papers we give information as far as our examination reaches. Give us the article number from the auction page and it will go faster.

Questions about buying. Payment, shipping, customs, returns. The basics are in the terms and conditions and under frequently asked questions.

Selling something. If you would like to hand in watches, jewellery or precious metals, or offer them through bidless, get in touch. We look at it and tell you openly what it is worth.

Data protection. Please address requests for access, correction or erasure to the same address. What we process is set out in the privacy statement.

Complaints

If something is not right with a delivery, please tell us on the day it arrives. A photo of the fault helps us settle the matter at once.
