Antique Victorian insect brooch, circa 1890, in 18-carat rose gold, set with a natural baroque pearl, 2 Burmese rubies and 44 rose-cut and old-cut diamonds, each platinum-set.
The piece has a swivelling bail and can also be worn as a pendant.
