Description

Brand / model: Hochwertiger Miniatur-Tram-pendant in 14 carat gold with enamel, Darstellung of a historischen Prager Strassenbahnwagens. Seltenes Sammlerobjekt in shape a historischen elektrischen tram in Prag. Made in 14 carat gold with farbiger enamel and fine plastischen Details. The pendant erinnert an the Anfänge the elektrischen tram Ende of the 19. Jahrhunderts and verbindet Goldschmiedekunst with verkehrshistorischer Bedeutung. The kyrillische Beschriftung lautet vorne "ЭЛЕК. ТРАМ." (= „Elektrische tram“) and on the reverse "Ж.К.Д.", the Abkürzung for Железнодорожное Кондукторское Депо bzw. a Eisenbahn-/Strassenbahnbetrieb. The Jahreszahl 18 25/III 99 verweist very wahrscheinlich on the 25. März 1899, a bedeutendes Datum in Zusammenhang with the Elektrifizierung of the Strassenbahnnetzes. The Wappen über the Front entspricht the historischen Prager Stadtwappen. Prag gehörte damals to the österreichisch-ungarischen Monarchie and verwendete in bestimmten Bereichen also kyrillische Beschriftungen for Export- or Sammlerobjekte. The tram selbst erinnert an the frühen Prager Elektrotriebwagen um 1898–1905.
